    Everyone has a voice at the table

    Intimate roundtables, lunches and dinners where everyone has space to contribute, listen and learn.

    Nobody dominates and nobody’s pitching. Occasionally, a co-host joins to add a perspective worth hearing, but the people in the room remain the point.

The thinking behind it

Build intentional success. Live it along the way

I left my 9 to 5 almost eleven years ago, not to conform, but to do the opposite. As a single mum, I wanted to build a business that worked for us, our version of success. Through Supportal, I’ve since worked alongside more than 350 founders, coaching, mentoring and supporting them as they grow. I’ve seen that from the outside, success can look glamorous, like you’ve figured it all out. Behind the scenes, so many founders are battling in silence, carrying the weight of everything and getting lost in the noise of what they should be doing.

The advice is always to do more, grow faster and keep pushing. But ambition doesn’t have to equal more. I believe we’ve lost sight of the clarity, connection and intentional growth that make success meaningful. Freedom shouldn’t be something we put off until the next milestone; we deserve to experience it now. That’s why my team and I created Founders Freedom: the rooms I wanted to be in, where founders can be honest, find people who get it, build smart, grow intentionally and define success on their own terms.

Who is Founders Freedom for?

Founders who have built a business and know what it takes to keep it moving. Whether you work solo or lead a team, Founders Freedom is for those who want to grow and succeed without letting business consume their lives. If you’re ready to question the usual advice, connect with people who understand and build success on your own terms, you’ll feel at home here.

Is this a networking group?

Yes, in the best sense. You’ll meet and connect with like-minded founders, but in small, intimate rooms where nobody’s selling. After your first event, you’re welcome in our WhatsApp community, so the conversations and connections carry on beyond the room.

What if I’m coming on my own?

Most people do. You won’t be on your own for long.

How much does it cost?

Joining is free. Some Make Your Move sessions are open and free to Insiders; focused-topic events are ticketed, with the price on every listing.

Where do events take place?

Mostly in London and the surrounding areas, with selected experiences further afield.
